"We worry about what a child will become tomorrow, yet we forget that he is someone today."
Going back to work this week has been awesome for Cohan and myself. I miss him like crazy, but love sharing stories about him. One thing I notice myself saying..."He is all boy." He is curious, daring, mischievous, hard-headed, always dirty and not scared of trying new things. He is all boy.
One morning, after Scott left for work, Cohan and I were getting ready to leave. I ran back in the bedroom to grab something and came back and found Cohan on top of the coffee table. I didn't have the camera, so this cell phone shot was the best I could get. He now climbs on top of this, the kitchen table and more. He is all boy.
Since being back at the Ramsey's house, Cohan is surrounded by girls. He loves it there and they love him. It makes it so much easier to leave knowing he is with Alison. She loves him so much and everyday on the way to her house he says her name over and over. He loves her too! Being around all the girls he has seen new toys. One for instance is baby dolls and strollers.
Last night, Cohan found this statue (a black sailor that holds wine bottles) that Jack brought us back from some trip as a joke. Cohan carried it around saying, "My baby." Next thing you know, we was giving the baby rides on his mower. Most little girls have soft baby dolls and strollers. Cohan used his toys to play with his baby. He was not necessarily gentle and nurturing either. He would throw his baby and laugh, put it on the mower and go fast so it flew off, all the while laughing hysterically. Here are a few of our favorite pictures. Again, he is all boy.
After he gave his "baby" a ride, we wanted to try it himself. Sitting on the mower and trying to ride it. He was not successful.
"I brought children into this world because it needed the light that only a child can bring."
