Random Smile Stories

Once again, I have slacked at the blog.  I just dumped a whole bunch of pictures off my phone.  Here are some of my favorite...

Cousin time! I love Scott and Mark in the background.
Ireland is obsessed with Baby Quinn...
and dressing herself...
I love catching them tucked away quietly together.
We had a minions and princess party.
Ireland loved hanging out with her friends and wearing princess dresses!
I love that all our kids are friends, so I get to hang out with my friends during these parties!
We got to have an evening of cousin time where Cohan and I picked up Avery, Mack and Lincoln since Mark was out of town and Beth had class.  They stayed for dinner, showers and quiet time before going home.  They all had so much fun!
Ireland liked picking out books from her first book order...
Sofia came over a couple days after school to play...
Snapchat is a picture sending app on my phone.  Recently, they put different filters on pictures you can take of yourself.  The kids and I have had lots of fun with this.  I laugh so hard watching Ireland in the video...

Two Soccer Players

Last season, it was so fun to watch Cohan grow as an athlete.  He learned a lot about sportsmanship, having fun and playing as a team.  He played t-ball and soccer.  This year, with starting kindergarten, we decided to give t-ball a rest and just focus on soccer.  That was a great choice, and he still loves it.  This year, he is on a team with Avery.  We had to separate Cohan and Mack.  They goofed off a lot, or, as Mark and Scott liked to say, They jacked around.  Unfortunately, both boys tell people that.  :)  They still cheer each other on and get to see each other.  I love their bonds!!

One of Cohan's favorite thing about his team is that Uncle Mark and Scott help coach.
He loves that!!
Ireland was a great cheerleader for Cohan last season in soccer.  She kept asking when she could be a soccer girl.  We went ahead and signed her up.  This wasn't our best decision, but she is getting better each time.  I still, quite often, have to look like an idiot on the field holding her hand, but luckily, other parents are having to do it for their kids too.  Three might have been a bit young to start soccer.  Ireland is very lucky, because Lincoln is on her team and Aunt Kenley is her coach.  This means that Wilson gets to be on her team too.  Aunt Kenley usually has a pocket of candy and is bribing Wilson and Ireland to actually play (or at least stay on the field).
Saturdays at the soccer field is our new normal.  We love watching our kids have fun.
