Camping with Bucko and Ramma Ris & Solar Eclipse

Each year, my dad and step-mom surprise my kids and take them camping.  This year they tried a new place and the kids had a BLAST!!!  Now Ireland wants to do a camping birthday party.

The Total Solar Eclipse happened the second week of school.  Our school took this as an opportunity to invite families, educate kids about this event and experience totality together as a school and with families.  To say it was amazing is an understatement.  

A New 2nd Grader and Kindergartner

Cohan was so excited to start back to school.  

He missed being with his friends every day and learning.  

Cohan's excitement couldn't hold a candle to Ireland's.  This is the day she has been waiting for since preschool was over.  She was READY!!!

I am super excited to have both my kids at school with me.  

Ireland was so excited to see friends at school!! 

Ireland was so excited to have Kim as her teacher this year.  She had to keep practicing Mrs. Wright, Mrs. Wright, Mrs. Wright.  She was nervous she would call her Kim. :) She was super excited to give her a present on the first day.

And just like that... my baby is in Kindergarten.  After a few pictures, she asked if I would leave and literally pushed me out the door.  

I am so happy we love our school and teachers.  Here's to a great school year!!
