First Bus Ride

Cohan has been looking forward to riding the bus since he started kindergarten.  So finally, on the second week of school, Nanny met Cohan at the house and he got to ride the bus home.  He was more than excited and I loved the pictures!

Thanks, Nanny for meeting him.  

He's done it a couple times since then and loves the bus!

Visit to Illinois and the State Fair

While home to visit sweet baby Rylan, the Illinois State Fair was occurring.  GramMo, Tayler, the kids and I went and enjoyed yummy food and fun rides!

Cohan was so excited to see the butter cow!

Cohan volunteered to be in a magic show... 

On Sunday, we headed to the farm to see Bucko, Grandma Chris and Aunt Clara!

OF course, Aunt Clara had presents for the kids!

What a fun weekend!

New Baby Cousin- Rylan Davlin Schmidt

Rylan Davlin Schmidt was born Monday, August 15th.  We were so sad we couldn't be there since school was starting, but we got there ASAP on Friday.  He is absolutely perfect and we all fought over who got to hold him.

A few picture we got to hold us over until we got to snuggle him.

To say we were excited was an understatement!!

We can't wait to see him again!!
