BFFs

When my mom found out Betsy and I were both having girls, she thought they HAD to have matching outfits!  Betsy and I were really excited to put the girls in their outfits and take pictures.  I know that one day, they will wish I hadn't taken some of these, but I don't care.  They are awesome.  Watching these two interact could be a reality show.  Thanks mom for the adorable outfits!

"Seriously Mommy, stop and give me my paci already!"
"Ireland. your toes taste amazing!"
"I love holding your hand."

"I can't believe they put these bows on us either."

Too Many Activities.. Not Enough Time

Fall is officially here!!  This means that our weekends are crazy busy and there are so many fun activities to do!  One of the most exciting events is coming up...Jack and Meagan's wedding!!!  But, each weekend before that, we have lots of plans.  Last weekend was BUSY!  Each event should get it's own post, but it took me until about Thursday to get feeling back to my normal self.

Friday night was the Columbia's Providence Bowl.  There are two high schools here in town and when they play each other, they do so on Mizzou's football field.  I had never been to a high school football game here and neither had Cohan.  Scott, Jack and I took Cohan.
He loved it until about half time...

Matt and Betsy offered to watch Ireland while we went.  She and Sofia had a great time.  When we came to get her, she was in her jammies, loving Sofia's bed!
Saturday morning, we were up and at it again.  We took the kids to Mizzou's Open House at their Farm.  We went last year and Cohan LOVED it.  This year, he was even more brave (he milked a cow) and loved it again!!  He asked Makenna (who he calls his best friend) to come.  Ms. Allie, Makenna and Maddie met us there...

When we left the farm, it was home to put the kids to bed for a nap and shower and get ready.  My sister-in-law, Beth, and I were headed to St. Louis for a night out to celebrate Meagan!  Her bachelorette party was so much fun!  We loved getting to know her friends and now I understand why she talks about them so much!  We feel so lucky to have her as a soon-to-be sister-in-law.  Beth and I were reminded quickly the next morning however, that we can not hang like we used to...
Feeling better now and saving myself up for their wedding!!!

It was so much fun!!!

Snuggles and Imagination...

Cohan's imagination has taken off lately.  He takes care of "babies", takes his car to the car wash, goes to McDonald's for a Sweet Tea and Fries (thanks mom) and even more.  Here are a couple times I have caught him lately...
"Stop taking pictures, Mommy!"

Everyday, whichever animal he chooses to take with us to Ms. Allie's house, HAS to be buckled in...
One thing Ireland is never short on is snuggle time...

For My Sister...

My sister, Abby, has requested I update the blog.  I guess no news is good news...  I emptied my camera and this is what I have for the week, Abby...

Cohan has liked that Ireland can interact more.  He loves to "help" her play.
"Playing" together
He loves to push her in the walker and put her hands on the wheel to show her how to drive.  She doesn't seem to mind... yet.
Her feet finally touch the ground now...

The weather has been amazing, so we have spent lots of time outside playing... Today, Cohan has taken "Charlie/Curly" the bunny everywhere with him...
Everyone might say that my kids look just like me, but, there is one thing they get from their daddy...
THOSE BLUE EYES!!! I know I have blue eyes, but these are the same blue that Scott, his brothers, and all the Watson babies have.  They are amazing...
Just hanging out...
I have my own bunny...
Maybe a little too big for this...

In bigger news... Ireland rolled over today!!! Video and pictures to follow soon!!!
