April: Come and Gone

April has come and gone quickly, but this hasn't been the most enjoyable month of our lives.  Yikes!  Whoever said buying a house was fun must not have had theirs sell so quickly.  We were also super picky about the house we wanted.  There was about a three week period where I was almost positive we were going to be moving to a rental.  To say I was stressed was an understatement.

Finally we found a house we thought we loved.  We had our realtor write up a contract and then called and told us to meet him at one last house.  We only had 15 minutes to go through it before Cohan's baseball practice.  We fell in love.  Apparently 15 minutes was all we needed.  All the stress was worth this!!  We pulled our other offer and decided on this one.  We are beyond excited to move into this beautiful new home in May.
The weather is getting nice and that means sports are back in full swing for Cohan.  T-ball and soccer keep him really busy.  This past Saturday they even got to play in the rain for soccer.
Lincoln and Ireland love their time together too!!
Scott and I have been packing.  I am not sure how we have so much stuff!!!
She's been super busy making lots of messes while we try and pack...
Friday night we had a friend's wedding.  These two showed up matching!
And of course, we have had time for some sweet treats.  This boy loves to help in the kitchen!

EASTER

I remember Easter morning as a kid.  I remember how excited we were and how special our parents made it for us.  We wanted to do the same for our kids.  When they woke up, they saw the Easter bunny had left them a bowling set on the fireplace.  The Easter bunny always hides their baskets at our house.  They were excited to see this quick present before we headed to church.
After church, they were on the hunt for their baskets.
Cohan helped Ireland find hers and then he was searching for his!
While they were checking out their goods, the Easter bunny hid eggs ALL OVER our yard!!
Then, what better day to dye Easter eggs then on Easter?!
After quiet time and naps, we headed to celebrate Easter with the Watson family.
The kids were excited the Easter Bunny visited Nanny and PaPa H's house too...
and hid eggs!!!
Happy Easter from our family to yours!
