Potty Trained and Bribed.... We Have a New Play House Folks!

I am happy to report that Cohan is fully potty trained. He has not had an accident in over two weeks. We were also not above bribery. Cohan has wanted this play house for a long time.

He knew once he peed and pooped in the potty, he would get it.

IT WORKED!!!

Our plan was to get it on Saturday, but of course, the weather didn't cooperate. Sunday morning, as soon as Sam's opened, we were there to buy it. The box said it would be quick installation... they lied. Bob, our awesome neighbor, stopped by to see it and ended up staying and helping the whole time. It was a beautiful day, so lots of neighbors stopped by, tons of kids played on the drive and Cohan told everyone why he got this playhouse.

He is pretty proud of himself.

Three hours later... We have a play house!!!

Cohan and Ireland also were excited to get all the summer yard toys out. Cohan got a sandbox from Nanny and Papa H for his birthday. They didn't even care that there wasn't sand in it yet!

There is nothing girly about Ireland when it comes to playing outside. This was her second pair of pants. She is not afraid of a little dirt!

On a complete side note, there is something girly about her when she plays inside...

Sofia Turns One!!!

This past weekend, we celebrated Sofia's 1st Birthday!!!

I can't even believe a year ago my best friend (and Ireland's godmother) became a mom. It has been so fun to watch our babies grow into the best of buds. They light up when they see each other. Even when Sofia sees Cohan's she squeals. Her party was perfect.
