Friday night, my mom came. Cohan and Ireland were VERY excited for her to get here. She brought cool new presents for the kids. She knows them too well. Cohan got new Boom rackets and Ireland got an adorable new book bag. Both kept the kids busy for a long time!
Saturday, it was beautiful outside, however, we had some shopping to do first thing in the morning. Scott was in a golf tournament, so we took advantage of having GramMo in town and did some mall shopping. Cohan and Ireland loved the toys they got to ride (that I always tell them are broken). They also LOVED riding the carousel together with GramMo (a couple of times).
When we got home it was nap time. My mom and I enjoyed the time and relaxed. It was nice to just sit and visit and not have projects or chores to work on. When the kids woke up, it was outside we went. They loved having GramMo there to play with. Cohan loved having a new pitcher, Ireland loved having GramMo play in her house and then they all washed the car...
Sporting his new shades that he had to have (thanks GramMo). This boy and his new, recent opinions about his outfits and clothing choices might put me over the edge. This entire outfit was chosen by him...
Sunday morning, after breakfast out, we enjoyed more time outside before my mom left...

And, of course, the trip wouldn't have been complete without playing in GramMo's car.
