Museum and a Park Trip

While we were in Springfield, my mom was awesome and wrote down lots of fun activities for the kids.  One of those was the museum.  We have been before, but this time both kids enjoyed it more.  The whole bottom floor of the museum is a children's learning and discovery type playroom.

This picture cracks me up!  You had to climb up to this section.  There was a cave the kids could crawl through under it.  You weren't really supposed to jump, but Ireland loved the echoing sound that happened when she did.  I got her mid-jump...

Thursday afternoon, while the kids napped, I headed to pick up Scott in St. Louis.  

We were all excited to see him!!

Friday morning, before heading to my Dad's farm, we all met at the park.  The kids wanted to climb the hill again.  It was a beautiful day. The clouds didn't even look real... 

Thanks, Mom, for such an awesome trip!!  We miss you already!!  XXOO
