Hello Kitty and Optimus Prime Pumpkins

There are so many traditions that fall brings.  Carving pumpkins is one of those for us. We have done it for years, even before the kids were around.  More recently we've done shamrocks and lightning bolts and Spider Man and faces.  This year, the kids requested Hello Kitty and Optimus Prime.  

Those weren't easy, but we had fun.

The kids have also taken pride in our fireplace.  They love bringing home art work and hanging it.
